Proudly serving families and military communities across Texas, M Pack Dog Training is committed to building stronger relationships between dogs and their owners.
When you enroll your dog in Pack Camp, they become a part of our pack. We begin with a reevaluation of your dog's behavior at our training facility, around other dogs, and strangers. This allows us to further assess your dog's needs and determine an effective training approach for your dog. Each dog has an assigned trainer based on their unique personality, although at some point in training, every trainer will have handled and trained each dog.
During their stay with us, your dog will live safely and comfortably in an appropriate sized crate/kennel, onsite, in our climate controlled, 3000sqft training facility with 24hr surveillance for safety and security. They will receive quality training sessions that focuses on building trust, confidence, and essential skills that they can rely on throughout their lives.
Each week families are scheduled to participate in a coaching lesson at our facility. These classes are meant to educate you on your dog's behaviors, teaching you effective ways to communicate with your dog, and different approaches used to manage situations once they return home.
At the end of the training camp, your dog will be brought to your home for their transition lesson. This transition lesson shows your dog that they can rely on the skills and behaviors, they learned in training, also benefits them in the home. Our trainers will take the necessary time to assist you with establishing your new house rules, help set boundaries, and assist you with developing a structured routine to continue practicing with your dog daily.
The following month, after your dog returns home, we invite you to bring your dog back for Saturday morning group classes. These classes are offered exclusively to you and other members of the graduating class, providing you an opportunity to continue developing self-confidence and the skills to lead your dog through various situations at home and in social settings.
A 3-week Pack Camp designed to teach your puppy age appropriate skills that every puppy needs. Our reward base approach helps your puppy to develop a positive outlook to learning essential skills and helps them want to respond appropriately to the basic obedience commands we teach them on leash.
A 4-week Pack Camp designed to teach your older puppy, or dog, age appropriate skills that will help them be successful throughout their lives. Through structured training sessions and social opportunities, your older puppy or dog will begin to learn valuable social skills and respond appropriately to basic obedience commands such as the command "Sit", "Stay", "Down", "Place", "Come", "crate", and much more.
A 4 to 6 week Intermediate level training program. Building upon the foundation established in Pack Manners I -Basic Training, your dog will gain a broader understanding and increased value in responding to your commands. Your dog will develop better impulse control, a quicker response to your obedience commands, increase level of obedience amongst distractions, and transition to reliable off leash obedience using an E Collar (optional).
A 6 week Advance level training program for dogs who have completed Pack Manners II. This program focuses on advancing your dog's off leash obedience and social skills to ensure they can reliably handle the specific task that you require in various situations.
