Skyler attended Starmark Academy Dog Training School in 2018 to acquire her Dog Training and Animal Behavior Specialist Certification. In 2019 she began her training career mainly doing board and train and teaching group classes. After 2019 she started to excel with her training and began to do more advanced obedience. She also learned that she really enjoyed teaching the clients how to create a more respectful relationship with their dog. In 2020 she focused more on one on one coaching lessons. In 2021 Skyler took some time away from training to spend time with her new baby, once she felt ready to begin training again she became apart of our team in July of 2022. Her main goal is always to teach others how to have a better understanding on all things dog behavior and obedience in order to make people’s lives less stressful and have more overall control of their dog! Outside of dog training you can always find Skyler outdoors, at the lake, or spending days inside with her daughter.
Destini moved from South Dakota to Texas with her family where she adopted her first dog, Squirtle. She’s always had a love for dogs and knew that she wanted to help them in any way that she could. In May of 2022 she came to Mpack Dog Training as a client to help her and her personal dog’s relationship. After working with us, she realized that she really enjoyed the process and she wanted to learn even more! She then joined the team in July as a Trainee to shadow our trainers and learn everything that pertains to dog training. Destini has done a really great job at taking in all the information that she can and figuring out what it takes to be a dog trainer! She is learning new things everyday and is continuing to flourish in the dog training world! She is also continuing her training and using all of her learned skills with her dog, Squirtle. Outside of dog training you can find Destini spending time with her family and doing outdoor activities such as hiking and swimming.
J has had a passion for working with dogs his whole life. When he was younger, he spoke of becoming a vet but grew and discovered his passion for training behavior. J has been with M Pack since the start of the company. He started as a kennel technician, performing all the duties necessary for the health and care of the dogs, while being groomed to become a dog trainer. He spent countless hours of observing and learning from his father and dogs valuable lessons in understanding dog behavior and how to effectively communicate with dogs. J officially became Trainer J when hired as a dog trainer in November 2020. Since then, he has trained hundreds of dogs.
While training with M Pack, Trainer J adopted his personal dog, Dallas; a young male Rottweiler. Trainer J's goal for Dallas is for him to showcase his skills, manners and obedience as a demonstration of a trained dog's potential.
After graduating high school in 2023, Trainer J plans to advance his knowledge and skills in service dog training. Outside of training, you can find Trainer J somewhere eating good food.
