Meet Our Trainers

Skyler’s journey into dog training started in 2018 when she attended Starmark Academy and earned her Dog Training and Animal Behavior Specialist Certification. Since then, she’s been dedicated to helping dogs and their owners build better relationships.

She kicked off her career in 2019, working hands-on with board and train programs and group classes, and later dove into advanced obedience and behavior training. By 2020, Skyler found her true passion in one-on-one coaching, where she could tailor her approach to each dog and owner.

In 2021, Skyler took a break to welcome her daughter, and after some well-earned time off, she rejoined the team in July 2022. She brings not only experience and knowledge but a real passion for helping families feel more confident and in control with their dogs.

When she’s not working with dogs, Skyler loves being outdoors, relaxing at the lake, or spending quality time at home with her little one.

Trainer Tayy’s passion for dogs has been part of who he is from the start. Growing up surrounded by dogs, he developed a natural connection and a deep respect for their behavior and needs. While pursuing a degree in Kinesiology, he realized his heart was in dog training.

He began his journey at M Pack as a kennel technician, where he gained hands-on experience caring for dogs and learning from his father and the training team. Through daily interactions and observation, Tayy developed a strong understanding of canine behavior and communication. In July 2020, his dedication and growth earned him a promotion to Dog Trainer.

Since then, Tayy has worked with dogs of all breeds and temperaments, using his calm energy and clear communication to bring out the best in every dog he trains. Outside of work, he enjoys gaming and Airsoft—activities that help him recharge and stay sharp.

Tayy’s love for dogs, combined with his drive to learn and lead, makes him an essential part of the M Pack team.

Originally from South Dakota, Destini moved to Texas with her family and welcomed her first dog, Squirtle. Her love for dogs quickly turned into a desire to make a difference. In May 2022, she joined M Pack as a client, aiming to strengthen her bond with Squirtle—and in the process, discovered a true passion for dog training.

By July, Destini stepped into a trainee role, eager to learn from our experienced team and dive into every aspect of training. Her drive, quick learning, and commitment to growth have made her an outstanding addition.

Destini continues to apply what she learns both professionally and at home with Squirtle. When she’s not working with dogs, she enjoys spending time with family, hiking, and swimming. 

We’re proud to have Destini on the team and excited to see her continued progress in the world of dog training.

Trainer J began his dog training journey in November 2020, driven by a lifelong passion for working with dogs. Though he once dreamed of becoming a veterinarian, his path led him to canine behavior and training.

Starting as a kennel technician at M Pack, J learned the foundations of dog care and communication under the guidance of his father and through hands-on experience with dogs. Over the years, he’s worked with hundreds of dogs, developing a calm, confident training style.

In 2024, J graduated from Ak9i, earning certifications as a Patrol and Detection K9 Trainer and Explosive Detection Handler—marking a major milestone in his career.

At home, he enjoys time with his dogs, Dallas the Rottweiler and Ocho the Belgian Malinois. Off the clock, J loves discovering new foods and keeping life simple and adventurous.
