Pack Leader Coaching (PLC)

Our Puppy Foundation Coaching program is a one-on-one training experience for puppies 8 weeks to 6 months old. Over 3–4 weeks, owners learn how to properly raise and guide their new puppy through critical early development. This program covers crate training, potty routines, marker words, leash introduction, socialization, basic commands, and how to prevent unwanted behaviors. Coaching sessions are personalized to help build a strong foundation of trust, structure, and communication between owner and pup.

Our 4-6 Week Basic Training Coaching program is designed to teach dog owners how to build structure, communication, and obedience with their dog through one-on-one sessions. Ideal for dogs 6 months and older, this program covers leash manners, engagement, sit, down, place, come when called, and behavior management in the home and public settings. Owners receive hands-on coaching and weekly homework to reinforce training between sessions, helping create a well-mannered and responsive companion.

Our Intermediate Training Coaching program builds on the foundation established in basic obedience. Designed for dogs that have completed our Basic Training or an equivalent program, this 4–6 week course focuses on advancing reliability and control—both on and off leash. Training includes long-line work, off-leash recall, increased distraction proofing, and extended obedience commands. Owners learn how to maintain engagement, reinforce consistency, and confidently handle their dog in more challenging real-world environments.

Our 4-6 Week Advanced Obedience Coaching program is for owners and dogs ready to achieve the highest level of precision, control, and communication. This program focuses on off-leash reliability, advanced commands, duration and distance work, and mastering obedience in high-distraction environments. Training is customized to each dog-handler team, with a strong emphasis on handler skill development, proofing behaviors, and maintaining long-term obedience. Completion of Intermediate Training or equivalent is required.

Our AKC Certification Coaching program prepares dogs and their handlers for a range of American Kennel Club titles, including S.T.A.R. Puppy, Canine Good Citizen (CGC), AKC Community Canine (CGCA), and Urban Canine (CGCU). Through personalized one-on-one sessions, we focus on polishing obedience, improving manners in public settings, and ensuring your dog meets all test criteria. This program is perfect for owners looking to earn official recognition for their dog’s training and progress toward therapy, service, or advanced obedience goals.

Our Behavior Modification Coaching Lesson is a one-on-one session designed to help owners address challenging behaviors such as reactivity, fear, anxiety, or aggression. A professional trainer will assess your dog’s behavior, identify root causes, and guide you through clear, actionable steps to create structure and improve control. Each session is tailored to your dog’s needs and focused on helping you build calm, confident behavior through consistent leadership and communication.

Our Individual Coaching Lesson is a one-on-one session tailored to your dog’s specific needs. Whether you're addressing a particular behavior issue, fine-tuning obedience, or just need professional guidance, this focused session offers personalized instruction and practical solutions you can apply immediately. Perfect for first-time clients or those needing a refresher between programs.

Our Pack Group Class is a structured, small-group training experience designed to strengthen obedience, improve social manners, and build handler confidence in real-world environments. Led by professional trainers, each class focuses on leash work, engagement, distractions, and proper behavior around other dogs and people. Open to graduates of our training programs or by evaluation, this class helps reinforce obedience, sharpen skills, and continue progress in a supportive pack setting.
