Founded in 2019 by retired U.S. Army Sergeant First Class Mark E. Mayo Jr., M Pack was built on the principles of leadership, discipline, and clear communication. Lead Trainer
Skyler’s journey into dog training started in 2018 when she attended Starmark Academy and earned her Dog Training and Animal Behavior Specialist Certification. Since then, she’s been dedicated to helping dogs and their owners build better relationships.
Tayy
Training SUpervisor
Trainer Tayy’s passion for dogs has been part of who he is from the start. Growing up surrounded by dogs, he developed a natural connection and a deep respect for their behavior and needs. While pursuing a degree in Kinesiology, he realized his heart was in dog training.
Destini
Trainer/Coach
Originally from South Dakota, Destini moved to Texas with her family and welcomed her first dog, Squirtle. Her love for dogs quickly turned into a desire to make a difference. In May 2022, she joined M Pack as a client, aiming to strengthen her bond with Squirtle—and in the process, discovered a true passion for dog training.

Trainer J began his dog training journey in November 2020, driven by a lifelong passion for working with dogs. Though he once dreamed of becoming a veterinarian, his path led him to canine behavior and training.
