These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the M Pack website and your purchase or participation in services provided by M Pack. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Consultation Requirement

An initial consultation is required prior to any other service.

2. Client Portal

Clients may be required to create an account through our client portal (Gingr) for applications, bookings, and updates.

3. Vaccination Requirements

All dogs must be up to date on required vaccinations and preventatives. Proof from a veterinarian may be required.

4. Assumption of Risk

You understand that working with dogs involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bites, scratches, illness, property damage, and injury to people or animals. You assume all risks associated with your dog’s participation, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by law.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Training outcomes vary based on temperament, history, health, environment, and owner follow-through. We do not guarantee specific results, timelines, or outcomes.

6. Owner Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your dog’s health, behavior, and bite history.
• Follow handling and training instructions provided by our team.
• Use equipment responsibly and as instructed.
• Disclose illness, injury, or exposure to contagious conditions.

7. Payments and Fees

Program pricing, deposits, and payment schedules will be provided at booking, in writing, or through the client portal. Fees are due as invoiced.

8. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Policies may vary by service type. The applicable policy will be provided during booking or in the client portal. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeited fees where permitted by law.

9. Media Release (Optional)

We may request permission to use photos/videos of your dog for updates, education, and marketing. If you do not consent, notify us in writing before your service start date.

10. Intellectual Property

Website content, logos, photos, and materials are owned by M Pack or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Third-Party Services

Our services may rely on third-party platforms (including the client portal, payment processors, and communication providers). We are not responsible for outages or policy changes outside our control.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M Pack shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. To the extent permitted by law, total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless M Pack, its owners, trainers, and staff from claims arising out of your dog’s actions, your breach of these Terms, or failure to disclose relevant information, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by law.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Bell County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.

16. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date.
